Fascial Flow uses a combination of Floor based Fascial stretch therapy and Animal flow which includes: form specific stretching, closed chain, multi-planar, body weight movements.

Lou uses her decade of experience to deliver a challenging yet healing form of movement, no matter your age or level of fitness. We limit space to 6 people so that she can give sensory feedback/correct body alignment so the body can experience a good movement pattern that works for their body.
