Jenny Delich, PT & Pilates

Jenny knows first-hand the toll sports take on the body. She is a former member of the Canadian ski team and was an NCAA ski champion at the University of New Mexico. After graduating from the University of Queensland with a Master’s degree of Physiotherapy, Jenny has spent the last four years travelling full time on the world cup circuit as a physiotherapist with the Women’s Canadian Alpine Ski team. Additionally, she was also the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics physiotherapist for the Canadian Alpine Ski Team.

As a former elite athlete and part of the 360BrainBody team, Jenny brings unique perspective in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Her holistic approach to wellness includes manual therapy, Pilates, acupuncture, and precise exercises.
