I first came to 360 BrainBody after knowing Steph from my figure skating years. I was tired of being in pain, not progressing in my training. What I have found through working with Steph is so much deeper than muscles and pain however. It is the true “brain body connection” that I have started to find. From that, my pain has decreased, and I have found my body moving better than it ever has. I look forward to my weekly appointments with Steph, knowing that I will be challenged, but will ultimately leave feeling much better than I did walking in.
