Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists are gifted movers.

We use a hands-on approach to help patients restore, maximize, and maintain movement.

We help patients prevent and manage pain, physical impairments, disabilities, and limits to participation. We promote their clients’ fitness, health, and wellness.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING ASSESSMENT

Your First Physiotherapy Treatment

Your Physiotherapist will work One-on-One with you to examine you, and talk to you about your area of injury, symptoms, and your daily activities. They will then work with you to create a treatment plan. You will also get your first treatment during your assessment to reduce your pain and/or inflammation. Our Physiotherapist’s will use manual therapy, education, and many other techniques as well as teach you exercises that you can do at home to strengthen and restore your muscles and joints.
