Cassandra Grose, Pilates

Cassandra Grose is honored to explore movement with her clients through the Pilates Principles. With an extensive background in contemporary dance, Cass's journey has been marked by vigorous training in many dance forms and a rich performance history. Her relationship with dance and intensive training background has informed her approach to movement in the Pilates realm helping her to conceptualize movement with precision and curiosity. In her dance career she sought the delicate balance between strength and ease, Cass brings this ethos into her Pilates teachings. Her goal is to guide clients towards finding that equilibrium—where strength and ease harmoniously coexist in every movement.


Cass lives by the philosophy that "How you do anything is how you do everything," infusing intention and mindfulness into both movement and life. She approaches each session with the goal to meet you where you are that day. Listening to the bodies cues and watching carefully to ensure joyful and safe movement for all.


Outside of the studio, you will likely find her exploring nature, hiking, or visiting a dog park. She loves to get out and explore!


In sessions with Cassandra can expect images and creative cuing, thoughtful programming, and a true dedication for supporting you to achieve your movement goals.
