Mylene Perrier, Pilates

Mylene’s passion for movement began when she discovered dance as a teenager. She received a degree in Performance Arts in Laval, Quebec and continued her studies after moving to Vancouver where she completed a 2-year dance program at Maindance Project Society. In 2000, She was introduced to Pilates to help with her dance injuries and never looked back. She acquired her first Mat Pilates certification 6 months later and was fully certified on apparatus by 2002.


Over the years, her teaching method evolved from a focus on fitness to a more holistic approach to functional movement, healing and overall wellbeing. Her experience and knowledge give her the ability to work with a diverse clientele and cater to specific individual needs. Mylene believes in a positive and energetic approach that, for more than 20 years, has inspired clients to adopt healthy lifestyle changes and recover from injuries through mindful and efficient movement patterns. Her intuition, curiosity and desire to help through teaching and mentoring are the driving forces behind every session.


Mylene is the former owner of an award-winning studio in Vancouver and is dedicated to empowering clients in achieving their wellness goals at 360BrainBody. She acquired a well-rounded knowledge of movement through training in Pilates, Clinical Pilates, Gyrotonic® Expansion System, Posture and Flexibility studies, Energy Healing and Fascial release.

Her certifications include PTA, NPCP Certified Teacher, Pilates mat level 1 and 2 through PhysicalMind Institute, mat/apparatus comprehensive and advanced program through STOTT® Education Method, Level 3 Reiki Usui Practitioner, Visceral Manipulation Level 1, Stretch Therapy Level 2, Yamuna Body Rolling Level 2.
