If movement is the issue, then movement will also be the answer.


Invest in the way you move as your body is the only ‘tool’ you’ll own for the rest of your life and you can’t replace it.


The way you move significantly affects your recovery, healing and performance in daily activities and sports. Variables in your movement can throw those off. Injuries can take over and start to control you, instead of you controlling them. How to heal efficiently, prevent injury and get the most out of yourself comes down to details. Details matter in the assessment of your movement, your treatment, your training and your personal (p)rehab notes to control your outcomes.


The same principles that apply to an Olympic Champion in Rehab, Sports Performance and Injury Prevention apply also to a regular person. Matt has been the Sports Physio for Cirque du Soleil, USA National Speedskating Team, The House of Dancing Water, and is currently a Sport Physio for the Chinese National Speedskating Team. They don’t believe in wrong ways of movement, and they don’t believe in bad posture. They make any movement work!!


A natural and athletic way of movement is achievable for anyone. Healthy movement and posture are actually not that complicated... As a baby, as a kid, you were like this. You just moved naturally... Kids don’t learn movement out of specific angles or thinking about having to engage specific muscles. They play, they explore, they FEEL... If a movement doesn’t “work” they find a way to achieve their goal through feeling and moving differently.

There is something about having the movement of training and healing touch from massage that in my belief creates the perfect combination in recovery and prolonged body health.
